Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Alpen’s dealer and sales representative network. This position focuses on onboarding and training partners, managing quotes and orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to support accurate and efficient project execution.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator to play a critical role in how we support our dealer and representative network. You’ll be a key resource for quoting, order coordination, and system training - helping projects move smoothly from inquiry to order to fulfillment. This is a cross-functional role that blends technical coordination, customer support, and sales operations. You’ll work directly with Alpen’s channel partners, sales reps, and internal teams to keep information flowing and deals on track. Compensation:

$35,000 to $50,000 plus commission

What You'll Do

Channel & Dealer Support

  • Onboard and train new dealers and reps on Alpen tools, quoting systems, and product lines.
  • Act as a primary contact for dealer and rep questions around quoting, freight, order status, and product fit.
  • Support partners in completing take-offs and accurate order submissions.

Order & Project Coordination

  • Enter and manage project data in Salesforce and quoting tools (Paradigm preferred).
  • Generate freight estimates and support pricing communications based on Alpen SOPs.
  • Verify and submit dealer orders for production, flagging potential issues early.

Sales Operations & Internal Collaboration

  • Track quoting activity and dealer engagement to support reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Route inbound sales calls and coordinate timely follow-ups with the broader sales team
